BRU problem....ugh UPDATE
So we received two jogging strollers.
BRU will not let us return in store bc it is online only & they do not carry it in the store 
Anyone have an issue like this with them? I am going to fight paying the shipping bc if it is online only then both people bought it online off my registry and only ONE shows being pruchased.
Anyone with any experience with this? thanks

I had a similar problem where items being bought online on my registry werent coming off When I called up they were able to remove it but were only able to tell me that this is a frequent problem they have and they dont know how to fix it....are you kidding me!!! A big store like BRU and you cant figure out how to fix this issue.

*this might be outdated advice but worth a try*
I used to workd for BBB and they used to allow returns without receipt for store credit only ... as long as they carry that brand/style. So, maybe try them?
ETA: this was their policy back in 2003

So I called corporate and they said that I CAN return it in the store, they changed the policy in March. They gave me a special number to give to the person at the store and i should call them if they give me any issues.
Meanwhile 2 BRU and one TRU would not take it back.. At least I do not have to deal with the hassle and expense of shipping though!
