I have a few guesses.
My main guess is that he is not healthy. Either she starting using while she was pregnant and he was born with a positive toxicology to cocaine/ low birth weight/ etc... or just an average medical problem and they are keeping it under wraps.
My other guess is that she quietly turned over custody of him to someone else (her mom).

My guess is that he's sick too. I wish she'd be open to whatever it is and bring awareness. People need to see that these things can happen to anyone regardless of financial situation. And if it's something that needs more research to develop means of coping or curing, it would be great for her to help in that arena.
