Brianna had cereal yesterday for the first time and

she didnt like it.she cried the whole time today when I fed it to her
I wish she liked it but she didnt.

My ped (and the back of the Gerber cereal box) says that you need to try about 12 times before you can truly say they don't like it.

She just may not be used to it - try again tomorrow

DD likes whipped cream though
tonight we went to IHOP and I gave her a taste and she got sooo excited and wanted more
she whined and cried the whole feeding thismorning

but youre right I will definitely wait and see what happens in the days to come

Did you give her a bottle first? Was she tired? I always have to give DD her bottle first and then cereal like an hour or so after. If she doesn't have her bottle first she will cry too!!

Yummy whipped cream!!!! Is Brianna on Nutramigen or Allementin??? Are you sure she isn't allergic to dairy? My ped said DD can't have any diary for 1 year since she has a milk allergy.

I have nephews who have a milk allergy......a little taste doesnt hurt them
Its when they have an entire bottle of milk of something is when it gives them a stomach ache
we just gave her a taste and she is fine........my Dad is going crazy he is dieing to give her a taste of icecream but I know him a taste will be an entire bowl
he is so upset that the ped said a year until that happens
