how do you ween the baby off of the breastmilk and onto regular milk after the baby turns 1

I am in the mist of it right now. First I add some to her bottle ( i pump at work and the nany gives her BM in bottle). I started off doing 1 oz WM to 6oz BM. Then it became 2 and 5, tomorrow we are starting 3 and 4... yet get the jist of it...
The you slowly cut out direct feeding. First the morning ones, than afternoon (if you are SAHM). Night time feeding is usually last.

DD weaned herself just before 11 months... we were down to 2 feedings/day and they were so short and then she just became uninterested and would not feed so I just went straight to a sippy of milk one day...
She didn't love it so I added a little bit of strawberry syrup... eventually I stopped adding it...

I had a nice freezer supply built up, so I just transitioned slowly in the bottle 1 oz a day at around 11.5 months (I timed it to be at the end of my freezer supply.)
