breastfeeding moms...fenugreek??
Has anyone heard of fenugreek or taken it to help bring in your milk??
if yes did it help??

Lots of people use it and love it. You have take a ton. It only worked very slightly for me. Maybe I pumped an extra 1/2 to 1 ounce while I was at work??

I've been taking it for 2 weeks now and I haven't noticed much of a difference. I've heard that it works for a lot of other women though.
