I got the Medela Pump In Style Advanced. DD was born a month ago and I use the pump about 4 times a week, so DH can feed her a bottle at night. It works really well for me. I get two bottles' worth (7-8 oz total) in 10-15 minutes. And I bought the bra with the circle cutouts so I can use it hands-free.
Got it at BBB with a 20% off coupon and it was a little over $200 that way.

i have the medela freestyle. i love it because its small and portable. def get a pumping bra so you can be hands free.

I have the Medela Pump in Style and I liked it, as much as you can like a pump. I exclusively pumped for DS for 2 months, 6 times a day a half hour each time and it held up just fine. From what I hear, the PIS and Freestyle have the same strength motor, the Freestyle is more expensive because it is handsfree and comes with all sorts of other goodies.

You don't necessarily need a special bra. Women that EP or pump during the day b/c they're back to work need them. If you're going to pump once in awhile, you can just hold the pump in place.

I vacuum, cook and clean with it on....not to mention drive (commuting to and from NYC)!!

I used the Pump in Style Advanced w DS for 15 months and loved it. i just got the Freestyle for this baby. I am looking forward to using it.
