Breast pump - insurance coverage
Just wanted to give a heads up - if you have BCBC Anthem there is a high chance they cover breast pumps 100% (1 per child) - I called today and was told they will cover mine 100% - I have to call Edge Park to order the pump I want and then they contact the doctor and the insurance. Andddd you can order as soon as you want, you don't have to wait until the baby arrives. Yay for free high ticket items!

Breast pump - insurance coverage
I have HIP Prime HMO and they cover the rental of a hospital grade electric pump. I just spoke to the supply company last night and they also contact the doctor and insurance company. It's so nice when things work out like that.

You just reminded me to call since today makes 1 month to my due date.....woooooohooo! (since I have to wait w/ my insurance!)
