Brand New Here
My DH and I are thinking of having another child soon. I'd like to get pregnant in 2 months if that's possible. We have a son who will be 2 soon and with him I got pregnant instantly. We didn't have to think about anything, 2 tries and I was pregnant.
I tried looking around this board and it's a little overwhelming with all the lingo and such. I have a few questions and I'm open to any advice.
I'd like to try for a girl. I'm pretty regular and have been keeping track of my periods for years. I guess I need to start tracking when I ovulate. How can I do that? Is there a kit or something in the drug store? When should I start? I don't want to get pregnant right now. Any "tips" for having a girl?
Thanks so much!!!

Re: Brand New Here
If you want to keep track of your cycle there is a great online ovulation calendar through Fertility Friend. The basic calendar is free. The more advanced costs a few bucks a month. I used it the three times I got pregnant. I also used an ovulation predictor kit, clear blue easy and a fertility monitor. You can go to any drug store, cvs, Target, wal-mart for the kits. I was pregnant three times, first ended up in miscarriage, 2nd pregnancy was a girl, 3rd another girl through using clomid due to infertility issues. Not really sure if there are any proven methods for getting one gender over another. I'm sure if you google this topic you will find all sorts of advice related to gender. Good luck!
