Re: bowtie pasta salad
I use leftover grilled chicken, goat cheese, grape tomatoes, red onion and Ken's Cracked Peppercorn dressing. Sooooo good.

Re: bowtie pasta salad
I add black olives, cherry tomato halves, steamed broccoli (I throw it in the boiling pasta the last 5 mins and then drain), moz ball (if you like) and mixed peppers then add Italian dressing... refrigerate and it's all set. Sooo easy and good

Re: bowtie pasta salad
From Sunny Anderson on Food Network (it's delicious!!!!):
2 (14-ounce) cans quartered artichoke hearts, drained 1/2 pound bowtie pasta, cooked and drained 1/2 cup, pitted and sliced black olives 4 sun-dried tomatoes, julienned 1 small red onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley leaves Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Toss all ingredients in a serving bowl and let rest, covered, in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

I like it w/ cherry tomatoes (whole or halved), mozzarella (cubed or fresh balls), basil and olive oil.
Me too and also add black olives.
I also do one with Sundried tomatoes, mozz cheese (shredded or cubed) and steamed broccoli.
I usually toss them with olive oil, venegar (any kind you like) and salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash.

I do the same.
I make it the same as any other pasta salad.
