I just bought the Maclaren and it is awesome!!!! It was on sale yesterday at BRU.
I love it because it reclines all the way back and sits up right. It has a very nice canopy and toys. It either rocks or stays still. And it vibrates. Oh and the fabric is sooooo soft
It is pink and brown and even if I have a boy I am keeping it I love it that much
It comes in blue too.

We registered for the Eddie Bauer Soothing Comfort Bouncenette. We like the fact that it has an attached zip-up netting, and we can just bring it outside on a nice day (January days here in NC are right around 60-65 degrees). Image Attachment(s):

after researching a while, I decided upon the baby bjorn bouncer... you can put older/heavier kids in it, no batteries, and apparently, the infants love the little wooden toys 
not cheap though! $75 in the best situation, and $100 when it's close to retail  Image Attachment(s):

We got the Fisher Price Soothing Motions Glider. i liked it because it can go front to back or side to side. I wanted the Graco Baby Sweet Peace though but I don't have room for it.

I had bouncer-envy with DD. I got the pink Papason bouncer and DD was "ehhh" for it. My SIL had the FP Rainforest one for my nephew (8 weeks older than DD) and she went CRAZY for it. It kept her so entertained!
I'm totally getting the Rainforest bouncer for #2.
