Bob's Discount Furniture - Reviews?
anyone buy furniture here before? we are looking for a couch, loveseat and coffee table, and they had some great deals. the quality seemed good but ive never purchased from them before. anyone have any experiences with their furniture - good or bad? TIA!

We had HORRIBLE experience with them. Our first couch the arm was broken, so they exchanged tio for a new one....the new one had a broken arm so they exchanged it for a new, that one was broken. They thought maybe that set and style of couches they gotten were all damaged and it was a manufacturers defect. DH and i flipped out on them and they would not give us our money back. So we agreed to pick out a new couch. Well THAT couch was broken. $ couches we went through. It could have been done by the delivery guys, who knows, but we were furious.
DH had to threaten them in order to get our money back. THen we filed a complaint with the BBB. My mom had returned her set because the back of her love seat was broken. AND our best friends had gotten thier money back before they even got the furniture because BOb's kept moving the delivery date saying it was not in yet. HEr DH had to do some threating to get thier money back.. HORRIBLE customer service. I would not reccommend bob's to anyone.

my in laws just got furniture from here and within a few weeks something broke but they did come to fix it.

We bought bedroom furniture there and were completely satisfied with quality, service etc. Would highly recommend them!
