i was at the deli counter this weekend getting coldcuts for DH's lunches and i aw the chicken and wondered if it was ok...
The boars head buffalo chicken sounds delicious, i know its safe to eat if its heated up before eating

The biggest danger with cold cuts is whether or not the machines they are cut with are clean. If the chicken is cut on the same machines, they techinically aren't "safe" according to most people. As long as you heat the cold cuts up before eating to kill any bacterias, you will be fine!

Yes, that is cold cuts.
Ironically, one of the only ones I like.... but I would treat it however you are with any cold cuts!

I ate coldcuts in moderation from a busy, clean place, so long as the place isn't dirty or the machines rarely used I think any cold cut is fine in moderation.

The slicers breed and build up bacteria. I didn't eat anything off of a slicer when I was pregnant. Anything that came out of a grinder (meatloaf, hamburger, meatballs) I ate well done- or nothing. I wasn't taking a chance.
