I'm with you, Jess. I've always thought Steve was adorable and I'm so NOT a Joe fan.
But...that said...I don't think he's "hot" in any way. He's still funny, silly Steve, although he just looks cuter to me.

Joe is conventionally cuter but Steve is so much more endearing. Never found Steve all that attractive, but I think the new look suits what he's trying to do.
On the show Joe is so cloying he makes me
