Re: blue cheese dressing?

I think it should be fine. Especially if you heat it up.

Remember, all cheeses sold in the US must be pasteurized so if you're buying a sealed dressing it's safe. The only risk is if you're buying homemade cheeses straight from a farm that uses unpasteurized milk or from some dirty place that might have bacteria.

I'm sure it's fine, but if you're nervous, just use ranch. It's delicious with buffalo chicken!

Re: blue cheese dressing?

I'm a blue cheese lovvvverrrrr so I called up the companies of the dressings that I had at home and they said....

"Their cheese is pasteurized. The blue cheese we are actually tasting is due to flavoring not so much the blue cheese."

Another words there is more flavoring than the actual cheese in the dressing. However I do stay away from blue cheeses at restaurants because there are actual chunks in the dressing and there may be raw egg!!

Eat up and enjoy@@
