I Love it! It's delicious in salads and on burgers!
I had it on tuna steak once too and it was yummmmmmmmmm

I like any kind of blue cheese...Stilton, Blacksticks Blue, Cambazola, Roquefort, Dolcelatte, Danish Blue. Bring it on...freaking love it!

Depends on the kind. Stilton or any fo the "green" cheeses are too much for me.
Most gorgonzolas are good.

There's a restaurant in Charleston (Magnolia's) that serves freshly made potato chips with scallions and blue cheese crumbles. Killer.

Love it! But don't like blue cheese dressing on my salad - but love it with buffalo wings.

I agree, for me it is like cilantro, I can handle it in small quantities.

Most of the time I LOVE it. One time I was in Italy though, and I had a "four cheese" pizza, and Gorgonzola was one of the cheeses. It was really overpowering and just didn't work for me on pizza.
