I don't, because frankly- I like to keep my personal life, personal.
I have a friend from college and she has a blog. We are in touch, but not very close anymore (its been 9 years since we finished college). However, in her blog I can read about who she is dating, her sex life, what she thinks about her ex, when she is having a bad day, her view of herself, etc...
For me, this is info I want to save for good friends. Then again, my life is pretty boring these days

I am in the process of creating one only for our china baby adoption process to keep all friends and family updated, but I have't put out "live" yet. Still trying to learn the ins and outs. It will have only basic necessary info....
