Good Lord I am sooooooo bloated. My rings won't fit on my finger. AF is due the 21st what is going on???? Also I had EWCM *** is that?????

I had that too i was more gassy then bloated, I have no clue where that came from because I got a BFN (not to discourage you)...The EWCM is a good sign though.Good Luck!!

bloat didnt begin for me until about 7w into my pregnancy... maybe a lot of salt? Drink plenty of water!! and
I don't eat salt or anything with alot of salt in it. I i didn't have this with DS. I will take the advice and incorporate more water in my diet. I try and eat really well balanced healthy meals so it's frustrating.
