bloating after retrieval
how long does the bloating last for? anything i can do to help it go away?
im drinking tons of water!

drink a mix of gatorade/water. The nurses also told me to drink something like V-8 because the sodium is supposed to help. I had my husband buy the small single serve size cans of V-8 and I'd drink 1 or 2 of them a day for a couple of days.

The only thing that helped me was drinking water/gatorade mixture and lots of rest. The real discomfort lasted only 2-3 days for me. Feel better!

Honestly, I forgot the reason why, but I think it has something to do with helping to absorb excess fluid.

I had the worst bloating and constipation ever in my life.. Finally yesterday it just started to get better it took 5 days.. I couldnt believe the size of my stomache! so all together I suffered 5 days with that.. i just drank a ton of water and eat figs like they are going out of style!! yummy!!
