I think Kirsten Dunst is a good guess. She recently went into rehab, right?

Mila Jovovich? But I woudln't call her a red carpet couple. Naomi Watts and Liev Shreiber? He seems weird, but not her. Minnie Driver's pregnant, but it says "new parents" and she hasn't had the baby yet. I have no idea.
