Hi ladies,
I tested last night and I got a BFP!! I want to share my journal entry on my BD schedule in hopes it helps anyone out.
We BDed 3 days before my 1st fertile day and every other day after that. I did take a baby vitamin every other day we didn’t BDed. When we did the BD I drank the Raspberry Leaf tea. I have kept it consistent with the same schedule for two months now. This time I saw my CM and it was lots of it, I made sure I BDed that day (even if I had done it the day before). We used preseed every time and I laid on my back for at least 10 minutes after we BDed.
