Re: blah
Tell me about it. Everything I have worked hard at in my life, I have succeeded at. Except of course for getting PG. You have to give up the idea that hard work=baby. Just try to be patient and stay positive that it will happen eventually. The good news is that you are on track with a treatment plan. Best of luck and we are all here for you.

Re: blah
I know how you feel too. I was actually disappointed when my RE put me on Metformin. I convinced myself it would do nothing because I was angry that I had to do all these extra things to get pregnant when everyone else around me just seemed to have it happen so easily. But have hope even though it's hard, your time will come too. I was fortunate and the Metformin worked for me fairly quickly and I ovulated on my own within 3 months and got pregnant. I hope the same for you!! Lots and lots of luck!!!!!!

Re: blah
I can totally relate- It really stinks when we have absolutely no control over our own bodies....It will happen for all of us !

Re: blah
Wanting a child and going through what we have to to achieve that is a major part of life. A part you hadn't planned on and that you never read about in any fairy tale.
The feeling of not being in control of your own destiny is normal and it $ucks. Sorry you are having a tough day.
ETA: I love your screen name. My Grandfather called me JennyPenny when I was a kid. It makes me smile to think about.
