black sheets?
any opinions on them??? i am contemplating putting them on my bed with a nice white comforter and black and eggplant throw pillows...

I had them when I was younger. Be prepared to wash them like crazy. Every little stain drool mark love juice stain looks 1000000 worse.. Never again.

I had them when I was younger. Be prepared to wash them like crazy. Every little stain drool mark love juice stain looks 1000000 worse.. Never again.

worse than white sheets? i feel they always look dirty too no matter how many times i wash them!

We have a dog so he sheds in our bed but otherwise I have had no problems with the black sheets.

I have chocolate brown sheets on my bed and I don't mind them at all... so I think black ones would be similar. Of course the stains show up more on dark sheets, but we change ours 1x a week so it's not a huge issue. I feel like white sheets get just as dirty, though.

I was thinking the same thing. But I think the design you described sounds really pretty.

i would also think that you'd notice skin flakes/dust alot more on them, especially now that its getting to be winter and the air is dryer
i know on my darker sheets, i notice that stuff a lot more

I have dark chocolate brown sheets. The problem i have with them is that they are lint collectors!! I love them but they are always covered in lint (I have an ivory cotton blanket).
