Black Friday toy sales
I have to get quite a few toys. We celebrate Christmas, Hanukkkah and ds's birthday is a week after Christmas. Is it worth waiting and going to Toys r Us on black Friday or should I just go this weekend? Has anyone gone in past years? Is it worth it?

Not really sure how good the sales will be on Black Friday (though I suspect they will be good), i have always gone the Wenesday before thanksgiving. They always have a special sale going on then and expires Thanksgiving.

If the sale this week is too good to be true, then I would do it this weekend.
Worse comes to worse, you could always return some stuff if it is much cheaper on Black Friday.

check www.bfads.net they have black friday ads up for some of the stores so you can check the toys there, and keep an eye for new ads that get posted daily..hth

A lot of the stores seem to be having really good deals earlier than usual (i.e. TRU has 50% off certain toys Fri and Sat) so if you see something on sale now, I would get it. You can always go back out on black Friday and buy it again at the cheaper price if an even better deal comes up-just save your receipts so you can return the more expensive.
