Bills!
 WHY must I call the same company every month about different bills?
Every month I go in and get a test done and then a radiologist reads it...every month I need to fight with the radiologists office because they have the wrong info, they say call the hospital because they get the info from them, then I call the hospital (who bills correctly) and they tell me they send over the right info.
I am stuck in the middle with a credit report threat

Is there they can mark your account in the computer?
I had to have Ali's doctor office do that cause I was fighting with them every month on how much I owed them.
Now when the question me, I am told to tell them to check the billing screen

Like you dont have enough to deal with, I have the same problem with one of my Doctors and even after I paid it they still send me bills

yes every month!
It's either a CT scan, a mugga scan, a MRI or an x-ray.
Each time I get a new account number and have to start the process all over.
I spend HOURS going back and forth b/w them, the hospital, insurance and darren.

You need to file a complaint with your insurance company against the company and then with the Department of insurance...Whether they are par with the insurance or not, the threat is real enough to them to usually get their acts together.
You should also ask your insurance or find out about an insurance advocate. They are non profit organizations, that offer insurance advocates for people who have many many bills.
I did work for one once at EMpire who was an advocate for a 15 yr old with cancer, he had so many bills. She worled only with me and she got 99% of his bills paid b/c she wa sthe only contact the hospital/dr's , billers, etc had.

Thank you! I am oing to look into this, fighting with these friggin' offices is becoming a FULL TIME job!

Yup they kept saying that I needed to pay $50 for my co-pay when i know my co-pay is only $25 so I finally just paid it so they would leave me alone, and to this day almost a year later I still get a bill for $5

That just royally sux Deb! I also am continously fighting bills that have been paid. Although unlike you I am not doing this every month and it must be so much more draining!

I hate medical bills!!! Sorry you have to deal with that.
Not to hijack but I am still fighting the ins co for going to L&D at the end of pregnancy - they don't want to pay the ER costs b/c it wasn't life threatening.
Mind you - I had SEVERE Pre-E with my liver enzymes all over the place and a BP of 220/120!! I must not know what life threatening means
