BFP Question
So I got my BFP this morning, I have a mc in July so I am a little nervous
What do ya'll think, when should I call the ob/gyn to make an appt, I thought I may wait a few days
I am trying to just stay calm and pray a lot!
Any advice would be great!

First off- Congrats! I would call the dr now and I would think they will tell you when you need to come in.

congrats!!!! I callled the Dr the first weekeday after I got my BFP -- they scheduled to see me around 6w4d --- at least call them to see what they want to do -- might want to see you earlier because of earlier m/c? I don't know -- but Congrats!!!

yes definitely. I went and had bw done the day I got my BFP and they were able to detect that my progesterone was low, so I was able to start supplements right away.
And congrats!!!

Congrats! When I got my BFP I waited to see the doctor until i was 6.5 weeks b/c I also had a m/c in July and wanted to make sure I saw a heartbeat. Good luck!

Call now. I just got my bfp as well and before Emmy we had a m/c due to low progesterone. As soon as I got a + w/Emmers I started progesterone and I just started yesterday with this baby. Also in my OB practice they make you wait until 10wks for your 1st u/s, but if you have a hx of a previous m/c they bring you in at 6-7wks for a "viability" u/s. It's to confirm a hb and to ease your mind. Congrats!!!

Thx laides, I called the DR today and made an appt for end of April but he is going to call me back, he may want me to come in for blood work, etc..

I know how you feel. I got a BFP... and didn't even think of calling the dr bc I was in awe.
I waited like 3 days... but I also got my BFP on a Fri and I called on a Monday (which was when AF was due).... I then schedules beta's.

Congrats! I waited 2-3 days after I got my BFP. This is mainly because I found out at 10 dpo and wanted to test for a few more days to make sure it "stuck". I called my ob and the first available appointment was april 15th (I would suggest just calling because it seems they book up pretty quick). I also went to my regular doctor and had 2 beta's. Good luck!
