BFing question from a new mom
I was switching btw BF and bottle fedding and I decided to just bottle feed. I didnt BF at all yesterday and today I am in sooo much pain!! Any suggestions on what to do to basically dry it up without so much pain?

I have heard that you should express just enough to relieve some of the pain. Also, cabbage leaves are supposed to help, but I don't know if that's an old wives tale or not. Tylenol too.

The cabbage leaves work!!! Chill them in the fridge and place in your bra. Hand expressing is important too, I would take a warm shower and do it at that time; only took 2-3 days and I was fine!

wear a tight sports bra and take cold showers/use cold packs. My doctor told me that warm/hot actually aids in the production of more milk feel better!!
