BF and having a cold
What cold medicines can I take that is safe while BF? I have a runny nose, coughing from post nasal drip and congestion...no fever or sore throat....

I don't think there is much. I just had one myself and just did Advil and a few squirts of afrin for my stuffy nose and lots of cough drops. Fell better!

Have you tried a netipot? It works great and is perfectly safe!

The only thing I usually ever take is Mucinex. Totally safe, and really helps loosen up all the mucus. Feel better!!

I've never taken anything because I was nervous about the medications affecting my supply.
