she probably had no choice but to chop it - my sister did her hair a few times for L'Oreal stuff and said it's in HORRIBLE condition - totally fried.

I don't like it at all. She looks like Julia Roberts when she cut all her hair off in Steel Magnolias.
Maybe she was sick of it when it got caught in the fan at her concert.
