Rothman's Steakhouse, I believe it is in Oyster Bay and Ruth's Chris in Garden City. Also love Basil Leaf in Locust Valley.

Mannino's - Commack
Pizza:
Mario's - Commack/East Northport/Huntington (I think there's one in Syosset too, but I've never been there)

21 Main is by far my favorite place.
I also love Abel Conklins in Huntington.
Piccola Bussola in Woodbury/Huntington (not sure what town its considered) is fabulous for family style italian food - La Famiglia in Smithtown is great too for the same.
