best OTC prenatals that include DHA?

I've been taking prenatals without DHA and would like to either add a DHA supplement or switch to prenatals that include DHA.

I've been having a really hard time finding separate DHA supplements, and the one I saw in the store was the same price as prenatals with DHA.

I've seen:

1. Nature Made Prenatal Vitamins Soft Gels with DHA (although reviews complained about chemical additives and artificial coloring)

2. One a Day Prenatals + DHA (although reviews complained that it made morning sickness worse and was hard to swallow)

3. CVS Women's Prenatal + DHA Vitamins & Minerals (my local CVS didnt have these)

I just googled and saw Nordic Naturals Prenatal DHA 500 mg High Concentrate Purified Fish Oil 90 soft gels which had good reviews... and some other separate DHA pills on Amazon. That might be best because I have an unused 100 ct bottle of prenatals without DHA... at least until I run out?

One more thing. I remember reading that fish oil is bad? that the DHA should come from other sources? is that true?

Ok, so from what I gather Nordic Naturals are excellent.. and it is the "offical omega 3 for the American preggers association" - if that means anything.. and supposedly Omega 3 is naturally found in fish, so there's side that says a fish source would be best.. (anchovies and sardines - low to no mercury) and then there's another side that says, preggers should just take plant based..

if this isn't confusing enough, there's milk with DHA in it now.. lol so can't we just drink like 3 or 4 glasses like we are supposed and get enough calcium and DHA through that.. 2 birds with 1 stone..

I take Womans One A day with DHA...I haven't had any issues or problems with them making me sick so far. I take them at night as opposed to the morning.

I take Prenatal One. Its a food based multivitamin and DHA pill. Its 100% natural, so that was important to me.

My fertility specialist put me on Natelle One (it has plant bases DHA).... I am not prego yet...just started my fertility consultation 2 weeks ago.

i took the cvs brand ones when i was pregnant and breast feedign - no problems - they are two separate pill bottles in one pack

i try to stock up when they have buy 1 get 1 free

My dr prescribed mine... I'ts OB Complete with DHA.
I feel great taking them, no side effects.
