bending over
I was at my desk when I had to charge my phone & bent over while sitting in chair to reach outlet . I have done it many times before but now that I'm 36 weeks I should look for another outlet.
Do we squish or harm babies when we bend over? Laundry, cleaning, shoelaces? Etc...

Re: bending over
I feel the same way...I find squatting to pick things up is easier than bending over these days. I'm 36 weeks 2 days.

Bending over will not hurt the baby although squatting is much easier on the mama.
