I teared up reading this and had to hold back from crying (if you knew me, you'd know i don't cry).

I am reading this for the first time and am SO elated that your story had a happy ending. I was in the city that day and saw everything "live" out of my office window in midtown. I am still haunted by what those people must have gone through, and what the survivors and families are still going through. We must NEVER forget.
