BD on O day question...

We've been BD many days leading up to O for the past few months. The last couple of months we haven't BD on O day including this month. We've been BD 5 days in a row up until right before I O. Then on O day we haven't. By the time we get the chance to, it's all ready very late in the day so I've already been having sticky/creamy CM and my cervix is pretty much closed. I don't see the point of BD again since my CM is not fertile in my opinion. And we're tired from all the BD. LOL! Do you think it matters that we don't BD on O day? I've learned my body over the years and honestly don't think the sperm will get anywhere. What do you think? Thanks!

I've heard that it's most important to BD on the days leading up to O because it takes time for the sperm to travel to the egg. I think you're ok if you skip on the day of O, especially since you say you wouldn't get to BD until late and your cervix is closed and EWCM is gone. I hope this is your month!!
