BD every day or every other
Went to see obgyn and she said we should BD every other day not every day even when I am ovulating. Reason she said is sperm takes time to regenerate and every day will lessen the chances- this seems to go against everything I read on this board. DH is 40, so I don't know if age is a factor.

My DH is almost 40 also and my gyno said the same thing. Not relating to age at all, that is just what my gyno has always said. we go every other day before my smiley, but we go every day when I get my smiley. I feel like the more the merrier  I don't think I would be able to "miss" a day

You know my best friend told me the same exact thing!!! It's what her RE told her! Hmmmmm sounds like allot of fun!!!!

Unless your DH has sperm issuers I wouldn't worry about it.... But I would save doing it everyday for when you are about to o....

Exactly. Every other day until you know you're going to O then everyday for a few days when you're at your peak.
