BBT at AF?
experienced charters - does BBT dip right before menstraution or during? if i am still experiencing high, post-O bbts, can I assume that I am still in even though i have had some spotting?? or should i assume this is early AF?
is bbt a predictor of the start of AF or does it not really work that way?

For me, it usually dips the day I get AF, or maybe a slight dip the day before.
If you're still having high BBTs, I'd say there's still hope!

im not an expert, but in my experience, i have had a drop in temp. a day or two before AF arrives... I have only had one cycle where AF started and temp didn't drop until the next day.
spotting doesn't necessarily mean you are out, especially if you still have higher temps... i think the rule is if it's heavy enough that you need to use a pad/tampon, then it's most likely AF. Otherwise you are not out yet!!

about 2 or sometimes 3 days before AF, temps start decreasing

yeah the spotting has been intermittent over the last two days. sometimes it goes away completely for hours and then reappears for a drop or two. i used a pantyliner but then didnt really need it, it was just in case since i was at work i didnt want a  moment if it was AF. it was mostly just there when i wiped and brown (sorry tmi) nothing dripping or in the toilet....
but yeah so far my bbt is way above coverline.
