Does anyone do this? I'm curious because I read that your temp. stays increased after ovulation if you are pregnant...is that true? Does anyone know about charting BBT?? Any info would be great. TIA

Re: BBT
I do! Yes, your temperature stays increased because after you ovulate, there's an increase in progesterone in your system, which causes the temp raise. Then a few days before AF, your temp will start to come down again. If you're PG, it will most commonly stay raised at the same level or increase again. That's actually saved me money on HPTs because if my temp is coming down, I pretty much know AF is coming.
Check out fertilityfriend.com. They have a very extensive help section at http://www.fertilityfriend.com/Faqs/index.html#Charting-and-pregnancy-signs
I have learned a TON from reading the question of the day and you can also put your temps in and it'll tell you when you've ovulated. It's free.

Re: BBT
Do you know how long before AF your temp starts to decrease?
