Re: Bathroom window spinoff
We have nothing. It's a small window high up. Plus we have a wooded backyard and no neighbors to see in. They couldn't see in anyway, it's high up, at my head level.

Re: Bathroom window spinoff
our master bath doesn't have a window but the other two full baths do, one bathroom its in the shower but its a awning style window that is very high up & nobody can see in. The other bathroom has the same style window but not in the shower, I don't have anything on that one either.

I don't like covering windows in the shower. I love keeping the window open and being able to see out (as long as no one can see in).

We have a cloth valence that the water does not touch. Then we have the crappy plastic blinds that you twist (cant remember the name of therm) inside the shower. But, we usually pull them up.

How did you install the rods? Did you drill into the tile?

Re: Bathroom window spinoff
I have a tension rod and a vinyl shower curtain that I cut to fit the window and the covering. We have old orig windows so the frames are wood. I want to do the frosted stuff but I worry the wood will rot. Hopefuly in the next 2-3 yrs we can get some new windows. On another note.....I LOVE having a window in the bathroom. I open it a tad after my shower since we don't have a fan in there yet and it makes a HUGE difference

This is a really good point. I know my window isn't wood so I don't have to worry about that. I will probably buy more peel and stick but it looks so empty that way.
I'm thinking about putting a tension rod and vinyl liner on the window in addition to the peel and stick. Just to make it look nicer.

Re: Bathroom window spinoff
We have nothing on the window. Our shower is on the second floor & the window is frosted on the outside. The window is about head level anyway, so if anything, people see my shadow in the shower

Re: Bathroom window spinoff
We have plastic blinds for privacy, and shower-friendly curtains to make it look nice. I forgot where we got them (it was several years ago), but they aren't regular curtains. They are specifically designed for the bathroom/shower, and are water-repellent. We've had this setup for 11 years, and haven't had any issues.
