Barilla Plus?
I was reading a post on here that referenced Barilla Plus Pasta as something to eat when TTC I do not see the connection at all. Can someone please explain?

Re: Barilla Plus?
There is no connection. Someone posted once they ate Barilla Plus at some point during their cycle and got their BFP that month.

Re: Barilla Plus?
Nothing scientific at all, just pure conjecture based on previous people's experiences.
Some people noticed getting a BFP after eating Barilla Pasta.
It has more to do with the nutritional value than anything. The ingredients in that pasta are just good in general for someone who is TTC.
As far as I know, there is no CAUSAL link, although there might be some correlation.
I wouldn't go out and buy a box, JMO! But if you have it around, might as well eat it

Yup and by that virtue, a person can do anything in their cycle and say it caused their BFP much in the same way that anything that happens to you while taking a particular medicine can be considered a side effect of that medicine. Same premise.

I've tried it! It's actually very good. DH really loves it. I've used it to make pasta salad and different pasta dishes and I think it tastes great!

It really is very good. I'm not going to say you can't tell the difference because if you are ultra-sensitive to taste, as I am, you can, but the difference is so minor that you practically need to be sitting there with reg. pasta and barilla plus and tasting them back and forth to notice the difference.
