Re: bakeware

I use Calphalon pots and pans, but Faberware bakeware. I have always had great luck with it. The other thing I noticed is even though I have a fairly new oven, I always pull things out at the earliest recommended time -- for example, if a recipe says 20-25 minutes bake time, I always pull it out at 20.

pampered chef stoneware...it will change your life!!

the only time I use other pans is around the holidays....I use the commercial size cookie sheets and put parchment paper on the pans....the only reason I do this is because the pampered chef largest stoneware pan is still pretty small when mass producing cookies.

Re: bakeware

I use pyrex (glass) for baking brownies and pies. I use Wilton (metal) for baking bread and for my cookie sheets. I put my silpat on top to bake cookies and long breads. I use silicone cups for baking muffins (from crate and barrel).
