bad day
i feel all yucky and frustrated from the heat.....im extremely exhausted bc i teach and god forbid the classrooms had a freakin a/c.....my feet are all swollen.....and i feel all stretched out in the belly that it is sooooooooo uncomfortable....i can only imagine july and august for me....this is gonna be really uncomfortable my only saving grace will be that at least ill be off and be in a/c all day....cant wait to see the electric bills this summer
how is everyone else feeling today? hope better than me

OMG you poor thing....I don't know what I would do if my Classroom didn't have an A/C!
Now on the other hand, I can't imagine how going thru July and August and part of September will be, b/c down here its brutal...I think I will be hibernating in my house all summer.

ugh.... no a/c? that must feel horrible  I'm worried about the summer too...... I foresee lots of granny ankle in my future.......
I'm ok over here. The hot weather is actually appreciated in our building. Our indoor forecast last week and yesterday was 'snow and extreme cold', so today it's finally a semi-normal temp.

Hot and uncomfortable.
I have no patience which is really bad because I work in Customer Service and I just cant take these callers anymore.
I especially have no patience for driving. I swear half these drivers got their licenses from a cracker jack box. I feel like putting a giant sign on my car that says I am pregnant, push pass or get off my @$$. Speed limit is 70, I am doing 80 deal with it. If you dont lke it I'll gladly make a call to FHP to help you with that problem.
I just want to sit on my couch in the a/c all day.
I am just getting B!tchyer and B!tchyer as the days go on

I can relate. I teach too. My classroom DOES have a/c, but our unit is broken. Oh and I am teaching summer school.
Why? Because I don't work for a public school system and my salary is significantly less than my public school counterparts. Summer school doesn't even make up that differential. But when you know that you will only be getting 6 weeks of disability, ya sorta have to do it. It sux but I have no choice.
I'm like every other PG woman who has to work up until the end who is NOT a teacher. I should be grateful that I have 2 weeks off after school is over til my due date, but I'm not. I'm pizzed.

I am so sorry. I know exactly how you feel. I was teaching when I was pregnant with my DS last year and did not have AC in my classroom. It is so ridiculous that so many schools do not have AC. It makes me so angry. Just think soon school is out and you can have all the ac you want. Do you at least have a fan in your classroom?

wow are we twins separated at birth?.... i too dont work for the ps system so i get paid sufficiently less and usually work the summer but decided not too....ur better than me girlie!....and u deserve to be pizzed even with the two wks b4 due date bc its a lot espcially in this heat!...hugs going out to u

Thanks for the support. Yeah I know I made a choice by not teaching public school so its just something I have to deal with. I just wish I could have one summer off. After 12 years of teaching, its about time and certainly appropriate considering my circumstances.

Our office is a/c and everyone in my department is freezing and I'm ready to strip down to my undies. They were asking if someone can adjust the a/c. I told the ones that were complaining, if you're cold put on a sweater, I'm pregnant and hot.
The pregnant card trumps all others
