Back to Back IUI's
I just need some opinions here ....We are about to do our 5th and final IUI before moving onto IVF and was wondering if you all thought either from personal experience or from your RE if it really does increase the odds doing B2B IUI's....My RE does not feel that it does and I really wanted to cover all bases since this is our last shot and I was thinking of requesting it to see what they say....Any thoughts ????...Thanks !!!

I dont see why it couldnt hurt? We always did back to back( meaning two days in a row)...

I've done two cycles of IUI's. The first one was a single and the second was B2B. My RE didn't think it increased your odds by much but I insisted.
Neither worked for me...

I have done 5 IUIs. Only one of them was not a back to back. The one I got PG on was.

I have done 2 cycles of IUI. The first one was back to back, but only because the sperm counts were so low. The second cycle we decided to skip it, but they stronly suggested it. If our counts had been normal we would have only done one.

We did one IUI where I surged on my own and had a single IUI. Then, we did a trigger with b2b IUIs and that worked for us. DH's counts were always good.

Thanks guys ! I go in for my follicle check/blood tomorrow so I'm going to bring it up to the Dr. !
