back pain and brace???
anyone use one for back pain or just to keep your posture better?
I found one on line that is a pregnancy belly/back brace and then it converts into a post baby girdle.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

I used the one they sell at motherhood and it worked well. Was not the most flattering, but it did work
