Back from Retrieval
Blech...they got 6 eggs. I know it takes only one. I know it's quality over quantity. But considering all the good-sized follies I had, a few more would have made me happy.
Moving on to Worry Phase II now..the fert report!
Shannon (MrsMessina) was right after me and I got a chance to say hi. I hope she did better than I did.
Going to rest now!

I totally understand egg greed. You are fine. Most people with tons of eggs don't have that many mature ones. It only matters that you get at least one mature one that fertilizes. I will pray they are all mature and all fertilize.
Anxiously awaiting your fert report tomorrow.
This is probably the most stressful part of the whole process (besides paying for it).

I totally understand the disappointment of not having a lot of eggs...but again, you're right in what you're saying. Its quality. All of those could fertilize and then you're in the money. Just keep the faith!

Michelle, glad to hear it went well. I got one more egg- (7)... and I was hoping for more too.   But everyone's right, it only takes 1 
The nurse told me a couple of weeks ago someone came in and they got 3- of the 3 one fertilized, and she's now pregnant- so it really only does take one! TTYL!
