I am so excited to be joining you ladies on this board. I have 22 month old triplets and my husband and I are officially going for a fourth (yes, you read right). This will be my first month off birth control. My husband has moderate male factor infertility brought on by a varicocele. We knew this ahead of time when we were ttc no 1, an were advised to proceed straight to an RE. We did a few iuis to no avail, and conceived trips our first Ivf. No frosties. We would like to try naturally this time. If we do ivf we will do single embryo transfer. Anyone have luck conceiving naturally with MFI? Anyone go straight back to the RE for number 2 (or 4 :) do u think ttc naturally is a waste of time? Have an OB appt later this month, just seeking some nonmedical
Feedback.

Also, Any Recs on a cheap RE? We were living in the city last time but now we are in Nassau so I can't see going to the city for all that monitoring. NSUH is the closest but so much $$$$ and honestly our male factor was a pretty simple fix last time!

My first pregnancy was so high risk, I was basically in hiding the entire time. I am really looking forward to hopefully having a "normal" experience, god willing, this time.

Eta - also had a q about mini ivf. Any takers? I produced 5 mature eggs on a $20 round of clomid three years ago for an iui, and then spent about $5k on injectables the following month only to produce 6 eggs for an ivf.

Welcome back!!! That's awesome you're going for a fourth, I always wanted 4, but I'm chickening out now lol. Plus it's starting to take longer than expected for number 2. I have no advice on your questions, just wanted to say good luck!!
