Babysitter $$ question
I hope to ask a friends daughter, 15, to watch DD 2x a week so DH can get some sleep (he works overnights).
How much should I pay?
DD is 1.
It would be from 10am-2pm or 3pm.
She would be responsible for giving her lunch. DD may take a short nap between 10 and 11, but there is never a guarantee.
DH will be in the house, but asleep.
I was thinking $40 a day. Plus providing lunch and soda, snacks, etc.
Any thoughts?

I pay my Nanny $10/hour, so I think as a 15 year old, she would be VERY happy to make that!

yea that sounds about right. i have two and i pay mine 10 bucks an hour and they are usually sleeping the whole time!!

It's only $10 an hour if it's 4 hours. If it's 5 hours it's $8. It will vary depending on how long DH sleeps.

we pay her $50 for 6-7 hours plus $10 for lunch

I found a babysitter and I am going to pay 175 a week form 7am to 4:15 pm
That's $35 a day!
