Baby Shower.....
I just got back from a baby shower, and while I'm so excited for her, I can't help but to be jealous.
And of course her mother was bothering me about when I'm gonna start having kids.

People can be so inconsiderate.....
My MIL just called to tell me that their family friend and his GF are pregnant....unexpected, and that DH's cousin is pregnant.....another unexpected.
MIL then proceeded to tell me that the cousin's mother is upset that she didn't wait to get pregnant till after her sister got married, now she has to plan 2 showers so close together.....
You have to be kidding me right?
This coming on the heels of my mc.....thanks......AGAIN.....

its ok to feel that way. i feel the same way and get comments ALL the time from family i feel like they are just checking me out watching to see if i look different etc... annoying

People are CLUELESS!! I do not get how they feel that asking when you are going to get pregnant is not a rude question. It's none of their business & they know they will be told when the time comes - so why do they have to ask if you're trying? They know the answer! argggggh people are so ignorant. I feel your pain.

I know how you feel...just found out my DH's nephew's fiance is 5 mos pg! And they are getting married next month! So there will be a baby shower in the near future - after I just attended her bridal shower! I was reading somewhere that those of us TTC for a long time should allow ourselves not to have to attend every baby shower. They are tough to go to. I get those mixed feelings; being happy for someone, yet feeling jealous. Perfectly normal I would think.

We are all there with you. DH and I were right next to a Buy Buy Baby today. So I looked at him and he said "No you can't go in." He knows I get upset too easily. He was right. Everything around me reminds me I am not PG yet and though most of the time I keep it to myself, my thoughts are consuming and I get sad. People asking questions aren't making things easier.

I'm right there with you....
We spent a weekend with my family a couple of weeks ago, and it was made public that my sister is preggo. Of course, that lead to questions about us.
I have my good days and my bad days.. this weekend was one of the bad days.
