Thank you teaforthree for the good luck thread, that was very sweet of you!!
Our little boy arrived yesterday morning kicking and screaming! The OB had a tough time delivering the head (big head!) and called him a "monster" when he was trying to get him out! Quite the set of lungs but has been such a quiet little boy ever since!
I am having ALOT more pain with this c-section than my last, the gas pains are alot to handle too and aren't helping plus with my narcotic sensitivity everything they give me for pain makes me itch but im hoping today will be better once this gas passes but all totoally worth it for my little guy, he is such a little sweetie! He is a lazy breastfeeder most of yesterday but they said c-section babies are very lax the first 24 hours due to the spinal block so hoping we have better luck today BF'ing. Looking forward to feeling comfortable again and as soon as the IV and cathetar come out im getting in my own clothes, that will make me feel better I think.

I have an obssession with little baby feet, I was always taking pictures of DD's feet!

OMG!! He is so beautiful!!
That's so funny how similar our c-section stories were! My doc called my DS a "monster" during delivery, too! Lol.
Take care of that constipation! I didn't think I was constipated at all, but ended up in the E.R. this morning with what felt like labor pains! Intense and in waves... if I didn't already have my baby, I would have thought that was" it"!!! But it was just constipation!!

I agree with intense and in waves, they gave me 2 Vicodin this morning to help with the pain, wish it would pass already! Hope your feeling better!
My OB really had to push on the top of my belly to get him out, he kept saying how big he was, I was worried when he called him a "monster" baby, DD was 8 lbs and DS is 8 lbs. 2 oz, so they were close in size but big babies.
