baby gate dilema please help
We need a gate for the bottom of our stairs. Problem is there is only a wall on one side so there is no where to secure the other end of the gate. I guess I need like an L shaped gate where one side fits up against the wall and the other turns in about 2 feet to fit on the other wall.
Any suggestions?

do you have a banister on the other side?
we had our bottom gate secured to one wall, and the other side snapped into something my dad created (he took a piece of wood and secured it to the banister in a way where it would not damage it)...
