B6 or B Complex???
Which is better for helping with your luteal phase, I forgot? Is it ok to take time released one's? Thanks!

b-complex - the other vitamins help your body absorbs the vitamin b better.
i am sorry, i don't know about the time release, but i think that would be okay, you want it in your system for the entire cycle.

Are the "other" ingredients listed on the bottle ok to take while TTC? It's a regular B-complex vitamin like you would get at GNC. It lists all of the different B vitamins and then a few other one's. Thanks!

I take a pre-natal vitamin and an extra B6....it has helped lengthen my luteal phase by a few days since I started taking it.
If you are taking a pre-natal, you should be ok with just the B6.

I took 100mg of B-6 (plus I was already taking B-12) and that lengthened my LP.
