How many slices is 2 oz of BH roast beef and how did you know that it was 2 points? I'm just starting and am having a lot of trouble figuring out the points.



I don't know how Bri figures out how many slices, but I have a little digital scale I bought at the store that I weigh for ounces.

Points is based on calories, fat and fiber.

There's an online point calculator HERE in case you don't have your own ww point slider

I weigh and measure everything. Since I cannot find the specific type of roast beef I am eating, I am guessing it is 2 points for 2 oz. I may be off by a point, but I know that is not going to make or break me. Do I recommend doing this always- NO. But sometimes you just do the best you can, ya know?
